Dr. N. Shani Janardhanan is a Doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu in 2008. She has over two decades of rich scholarly experience in academia, research, and administration. As a researcher, she has authored 07 books, 03 book chapters, published 63 articles in Scopus, UGC Care, and peer-reviewed journals, and has 03 published patents. Ten Ph.D. scholars and six M.Phil. scholars have completed their research under her guidance. She has been invited as a resource person for more than 55 FDPs, EDPs, workshops, orientation programmes, round-table discussions, and various academic deliberations. Her certifications include Internationally Certified Environment Management System (EMS) Lead Auditor, POSH Trainer by NIDM, New Delhi, and Accredited Management Teacher by AIMA, New Delhi. A passionate leader with versatile experience in teaching, training, research, envisioning, and empowering young minds to integrate with the ever-changing business environment.
